Oh hi.
I’m Eli. I play and teach music on the piano and other things with keys/knobs/buttons. {see: synthesizer, Hammond B-3 Organ, laptop}
I am equal parts: musician/fan.
I want to know what makes you a fan too.
Lessons with me are for people who:
want to follow their music passion.
turn that passion into music they can call their own.
Back to me
I hold a BA in Ethnomusicology from UCLA
I’ve studied with the best in the biz: Dr. Lonnie Smith, Kenny Burrell, Wil Blades, Sam Yahel, and Bat-Sheva Rubenstein
You can find me in Philly or NYC: playing jazz with my organ trio, gospel at the Lovely Hill Baptist Church, indie rock with my wife/bandmate for our band The Future Scares Me
I teach in: NYC, Philly + all over the world*
